The Company's community workforce impact — the reason the system was built — is documented in full on the Community Impact page.
People Over Profits.
Every product,
every time.
Nothing to hide and
everything to prove.
Street Theatre Clothing is organized around four engineered components that work as distinct-but-aligned parts of one operation: a contractor-based workforce, an independent safety program, a performance-based incentive program, and full alignment with federal independent-contractor standards. Each component is documented in the Master Binder. Each functions on its own. Together, they form a complete business system built to deliver commercial-grade custom-branded apparel at scale.
Both entities share a common moral framework — People Over Profits. — along with overlapping values, overlapping populations served, and a formal sister-entity relationship recorded in Foundation governance documents.
