Principle

People Over Profits.

Standard

Every product,
every time.

Posture

Nothing to hide and
everything to prove.

The System

An operating business system — not a concept.

Street Theatre Clothing is organized around four engineered components that work as distinct-but-aligned parts of one operation: a contractor-based workforce, an independent safety program, a performance-based incentive program, and full alignment with federal independent-contractor standards. Each component is documented in the Master Binder. Each functions on its own. Together, they form a complete business system built to deliver commercial-grade custom-branded apparel at scale.
