About the Company
The structure, the orientation, and the operating record of Street Theatre Clothing, LTD.
Street Theatre Clothing, LTD is a Nevada limited liability company established in April 2026. The Company is disability-owned, owner-funded, operated from Las Vegas, Nevada, and built from the first day around a single operating standard: the same quality of work is delivered on every order, for every client, by every contractor — documented end-to-end in a Master Binder that travels with the business.
The Company
Street Theatre Clothing, LTD operates an apparel manufacturing system engineered end-to-end before outside capital was ever introduced: the production workflow, the contractor-based workforce structure, the independent safety program, the milestone-based incentive program, the IRS-aligned contractor agreements, and the governance architecture linking the Company to its sister Foundation.
System of record
- The Street Theatre Clothing Master Binder — a documented operational, safety, compliance, and business system covering production workflow, contractor engagement, quality control, and franchise replication. The donations & governance companion volume is available as the STC Donations Binder (v1.0, April 2026).
- The Gregg-Haynes Foundation Master Binder — a documented governance, programs, property, and standards framework for a Nevada nonprofit corporation operating under NRS Chapter 82.
- The Six Standards governance framework — Dignity, Presence, Safety, Privacy, Honesty, Accountability — governs the Foundation and informs the Company's workforce conduct.
- Every Independent Contractor Agreement is engineered to align with IRS and U.S. Department of Labor common-law factors for independent-contractor status.
- The entire operating system was built and capitalized as an owner-funded Nevada limited liability company before any outside dollar was raised.
The Company's engagement philosophy and the community impact the system was engineered to deliver are documented on the Community Impact page.
Operating orientation
The Company's operating orientation is plain: People Over Profits. Every decision starts with the question of how it serves the people doing the work and the people the work is for. That orientation is documented in the Company's core values, in the Foundation's Six Standards, and in the shared moral framework that governs both organizations.
“Every shirt we produce carries the weight of our promise.”
